I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors(NAR),Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and Houston Association of Realtors(HAR). I received my Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) in "2001" and my Certified Negotiation Expert Designation (CNE) in "2007". Keller Williams Realty is one of the top real estate firms in the nation. I joined Keller Williams Northeast office in "1999" and have been honored with the top producing agent awards for "2001","2002","2003","2004" "2005, "2006",and "2007".  In "2001" was awarded top selling agent award in Summerwood community by the developer. In "2004" I received an honor from HAR ranking in top 150 realtors out of 20,000 plus members Houston wide for highest number of transactions.In "2006" I was awarded top realtor for most listings at KW NE and #7 in the TX Region. In "2006" ranked in top 4 for closed transactions and inducted into the Keller Williams Hall of Fame(over million dollars in gross commissions). "2007" Best year yet. Awarded #1 for most listings and #1 for Most closed sales at Keller Williams NE but also for KW Regionals for the entire Southeast Texas Region.I have a wonderful Full Time Licensed assistant, Rhonda Perrino.
